With the aim of fostering awareness 𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐊𝐔𝐋 has recently organized an ‘𝐔𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐤’ in Shahpara, which is situated in Debiganj Upazila of Panchagarh District. As a representative the session was hosted by 𝐑𝐚𝐰𝐧𝐨𝐤 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐞, Coordinator of the field work department of ANUKUL.
The event began with our first speaker 𝐌𝐨𝐤𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐥, Regional Head: Delta life Insurance Company, who shared his valuable insights on social concerns which aim to inspire awareness and bring positive change within the community. He also Emphasized the need of mutual respect in relationship and highlighted the harmful effect of drug addiction.
Continuing the session, 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐝. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐮𝐟, Senior Advocate, Judge Court Dinajpur, shed light on Legal Remedies available for Victims of Domestic Violence and addressed the misuse of digital devices. He also emphasized the legal obligations of children to care for their parents under the Parents’ Maintenance Act, 2013.
The concluding speaker 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐙𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐦, Principal of Goreya Madrasha, Panchagarh, highlighted key aspects of women’s rights from a religious perspective through his discussion. He also discussed the importance of fostering violence free families, promoting mutual respect within the partner and advancing economic freedom for each individual. Such symposium can inspire action and create a foundation for safer, fairer, and more respectful communities.
ANUKUL believes that to bring lasting impact it’s important to reach the roots to create sustainable change.
সম্প্রতি সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির উদ্দেশ্যে অনুকূল পঞ্চগড় জেলার, দেবীগঞ্জ থানার, শাহ্ পাড়ায় একটি ‘উঠান বৈঠক’ আয়োজন করেছে। অনুষ্ঠানটি পরিচালনা করেন অনুকূলের ফিল্ড ওয়ার্ক ডিপার্টমেন্টের কো-অর্ডিনেটর রওনক সালেহিন রাফি।
সভায় প্রথম বক্তা হিসেবে জনাব মোকলেছুর রহমান হেলাল, রিজিওনাল প্রধান, ডেল্টা লাইফ ইনসুরেন্স কোম্পানি, পরস্পরের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধার গুরুত্ব তুলে ধরেন। এছাড়াও তিনি মাদকের ক্ষতিকর দিক নিয়ে আলোচনা করেন এবং সমাজের সকলকে আরও দায়িত্বশীল হতে আহ্বান জানান। পরবর্তীতে, অ্যাডভোকেট মোঃ আব্দুর রউফ, সিনিয়র এডভোকেট, জজকোর্ট দিনাজপুর, পরিবারিক সহিংসতার বিরুদ্ধে বিদ্যমান আইনি সুযোগ-সুবিধাগুলো তুলে ধরেন এবং পরিবারের পিতা-মাতার প্রতি সন্তানদের দায়িত্ব সম্পর্কেও আলোকপাত করেন। সমাপনী বক্তা, জনাব সামছুস জামান শামীম, প্রিন্সিপাল, গড়েয়া মাদরাসা, পঞ্চগড়, ধর্মীয় দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে নারীদের অধিকার তুলে ধরেন। তিনি গুরুত্ব দেন যথা: প্রত্যেকের অর্থনৈতিক স্বাধীনতা, পরস্পরের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল হওয়া, এবং পরিবারে সহিংসতার ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব।
অনুকূল বিশ্বাস করে যে স্থায়ী প্রভাব ফেলতে হলে সমস্যার মূল থেকে শুরু করে টেকসই পরিবর্তন তৈরি করা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
